Join our newest teacher, Nicole Greville, as we step into the new year with a grounding and supportive Beginners Yoga Journey.
This 4-week introductory series is designed to help you build confidence, learn foundational poses, understand and meet your body where it’s at and connect with your breath.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after time away, this series offers a gentle, welcoming space to explore movement, connection and begin a practice that meets you exactly where you are.
Nicole will guide you through mindful sequencing, simple techniques and accessible postures to help you feel steady, strong and at ease.

$65.00 for the 4-week session. Sessions run Mondays from 7:30-8:30pm January 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th, 2026. Pre-registration is required. We have everything you need including the use of yoga mats, blankets and props. Show up as you are. Space is limited.
