Brand new to Yoga? Welcome. We are excited to have you. Come join us in our Intro To Yoga: a beginner’s journey. This is where we teach ya the ‘yoga basics’ and give you all the the tools, tips and tricks to starting up a regular yoga practice! This class is carefully designed and offered into a 4-week, commitment session with our 1st class beginning Wednesday January 11th, 2023. We are confident that after these 4 sessions, you’ll be set to venture out and explore even more styles and types of yoga sessions. Everyone is welcome to join.
Dates are: Wednesday January 11th, 18th, 25th and February 1st, 2023 from 6:00-7:00pm
All your yoga props and mats are provided.
