Through the ancient wisdom of the Chakra system, you will learn to sense, understand and realign the subtle pathways of energy that flow through you, bringing coherence to your body, mind and spirit.

✨ This immersive retreat and workshop offers both practical guidance and embodied experience. You will explore how energy moves through the seven main Chakras, how to recognize imbalances, and how to keep your energy flowing freely through the practice of knowledge and awareness.

✨ Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through:
• A gentle and grounding Yoga Nidra journey through the Chakras
• Restorative Sound Healing with crystal singing bowls attuned to each energy center with tuning fork activations
• A Collective Chakra Card Reading for insight and clarity
• A guided Chakra education workshop with take-home worksheets
• Reflection and integration practices to support inner alignment
• A nourishing plant-based lunch shared in community
