Compassionate Heart: Half Day Self-Love Retreat

💞 As we move through the heart of winter, this retreat invites you to soften, slow down and reconnect with yourself through the lens of compassion. When we create space to rest and listen inwardly, we return to the tender truth that we are already enough—just as we are.
💞 Join us inside The Yoga Dome for a deeply restorative experience that blends gentle, self-love-inspired movement, Yoga Nidra (guided sleep meditation) and compassion practices designed to nurture both body and mind.
💞 Through guided exercises and inner self-dialogue, you will explore ways to cultivate a compassionate relationship with yourself, encourage you to meet your inner world with kindness, patience and understanding.
💞 Supportive handouts and journaling prompts will help deepen your reflection, followed by an immersive sound bath to soothe your nervous system and open the heart space.
💞 Our afternoon together, will also offer community sharing, light snacks and tea, leaving you grounded, nourished and gently reminded of the power of your compassionate heart.
