Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” guides you through a state between wakefulness and sleep where deep healing, clarity and profound rest naturally arise. Whether you are new to meditation or looking to deepen your self-care and awareness, this practice invites you to release tension, reset your nervous system and awaken to greater peace within.
