Join us as we journey through the ‘Yoga Basics’ not that there is anything ‘basic’ about Yoga. But hey - you gotta start somewhere. This class is for brand new and aspiring yogis as well as yogis who need a refresher.
This class will allow you to shift back to the beginning, taking your time as we work through each pose mindfully.
