It’s finally back!
The Practice of Yin Yoga can be a meditation in itself. Exploring fewer poses and spending longer amounts of time in each one. This journey allows us to find a place of acceptance and surrender as we commit to stillness and investigate ourselves with a gentle curiosity.
Yin yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body ie. the ligaments, joints, bones and facia.
On an energetic level, yin yoga improves the flow of energy to the vital organs.
A truly deep and introspective session that is complimentary to the busy aspects of our lives.
