Into the energy of October’s Full Moon.
Yoga Nidra also translates to ‘guided sleep meditation’ and it allows your body to access delta brainwaves, which are responsible for the healing and restoration that happens in your body during sleep.
In this session, you will be invited to cozy up near the Fire and get as comfortable as possible. You will be led into different levels and layers of consciousness via our carefully curated guided Full Moon Meditation, which allows you to explore the physical body, the energetic body, the emotional body, the mind-body and beyond.
This practice is extremely deep and can leave you will feelings of fresh energy, a sense of peace and a clearing to make room for something new. Dress really comfortable. We provide you will cozy mats, pillows and blankets.
