Yoga Nidra (also known as yogic sleep) is a powerful technique for controlling your body’s relaxation response.
Cultivate conscious relaxation. Ease ongoing stress and anxiety all while exploring your body shifting into a blissful state of being.
We will sense and perhaps feel the Full Moons energy as we journey into the Spiritual side of the practice. Exploring ones True Nature of Self!
As you journey into a deeper state of relaxation, The Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls with start to play subtly in the background allowing you to feel a deep sense of connect and inner peace. Ending with a deeply immersive Planetary Gong Sound Bath!
