Explore Uniting Mind, Body & Breath

In this flow we practice linking breath and movement. We bring a stronger focus to elongating our breath and cultivate mindful transitions from pose to pose and ensuring proper alignment. This class is for those who want a stronger practice but want to explore the slower more subtle side of a Vinyasa practice. 

All levels are welcome to come give it a try!
