No experience is necessary to enjoy a peaceful Sound Bath.
We will begin with a full body, relaxation meditation practice. This will allow the body to shift into a total sate of rest & relaxation. Once settled, you will be guided through a deeply, introspective journey that will allow your heart to open. Using Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, Chimes, Gong & Ocean Drum. Sound Baths may reduce stress, anxiety, help with mood improvement and increase focus and clarity.
This is a beautiful journey if you’re a momma yourself, going to be one or wanting to share with your own Mother.
