Join us Monday morning for a Mindful Flow. In this class you’ll learn how to link breath and movement together as one. Building strength and resilience in your yoga practice. We will move at a slower pace with a mindful heart so that we can feel comfortable and confident in our practice. 
Use of all yoga props included. 
Come as you are. 
Judgment free zone.
