Journey deep within your Heart and discover a practice of Compassion.
This 4-hour 1/2 Day Retreat is for anyone looking for a Deep, Spiritual Self-Love Experience.
No experience is necessary as we take a Compassionate Journey through a Heart-opening, Gentle Restorative Yoga Practice. Opening our Heart and exploring the subtle art of acceptance. We will then shift into a Heart Healing, Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath that focuses on our Heart Chakra. Removing any blockages that we may be holding onto and shifting you into a state of balance.
You will then be guided through a Compassionate Heart Meditation that will allow you to start the journey of ‘loving yourself deeply.’
Self Love and Compassion towards ourselves is just as much of a practice as anything else. This retreat is for those who are looking to heal and hold their hearts with compassion. If you find yourself in a constant state of negative self talk or doubt and you know you need a little extra love. Then this journey is for you!
Includes : worksheets, tea, journal, light vegan snacks & use of all yoga props.
