A gentle, grounding and compassionate class for your mind, body & Soul. This class is for everyone and no experience is necessary. Settle in, take a few cleansing breaths and follow your heart as you are guided through this gentle & grounding practice.
All levels welcome. Ground mats provided. Bring along your own blankets, pillows or anything else that supports you in your practice.
