Honour Thy Mother: A Day of Remembrance & Love

Mother's Day can bring forward a wide range of emotions.

For some, it is a day of celebration and gratitude. For others, it can be a reminder of deep love, profound loss, longing, heartbreak or the complicated nature of motherhood itself.

On January 7th, 2026, I unexpectedly lost my own mother, Tracey, to a sudden heart attack. The grief that followed changed me forever. In the midst of navigating life without her, I discovered that what I needed most was not answers, but space to remember, to honour, to cry, to laugh, to share stories and to simply be with others who understood.

Honour Thy Mother was created from that place.

This retreat is an invitation to gather in community and honour the mothers, children and loved ones who continue to live within our hearts.

Whether you have lost your mother, experienced the loss of a child, are grieving a complicated relationshipor simply feel called to spend the day in remembrance and reflection, you are welcome here.

It is about carrying love forward.

My hope is that you leave feeling held, supported, connected and reminded that you do not have to walk this journey alone.
