In a world that moves fast and demands more, Restorative Yoga offers a sacred pause — a space to soften, to release and to remember our wholeness.
This training invites you into the subtle, healing world of Restorative Yoga — where stillness becomes medicine, breath becomes prayer and presence becomes the true practice. You’ll learn how to guide students through deeply supportive postures, create nurturing environments and hold space with intention and compassion.
Whether you’re a yoga teacher, healer, or simply someone drawn to the power of rest, this training will deepen your understanding of the nervous system, trauma-sensitive language and the energetics of slowing down. You’ll leave feeling grounded in your ability to offer rest as a form of healing — for yourself and for others.
This is more than a training — it’s a remembering. A return to the quiet wisdom within.

Restorative Yoga uses props, shapes and time spent to create comfort, safety and deep relaxation in the body. This practice calms and relaxes the entire nervous system. It invites you to cultivate more spaciousness and compassion in both mind and body.
It can increase circulation to vital organs, strengthen immunity, and promote conscious relaxation. This practice allows you to slow down. Our busy, stressful lives, often create resistance, stress and tension in our bodies. Restorative Yoga teaches the body resiliency and recovery as we flow between the stress response (surviving), and our natural state (thriving). Shifting into deep rest and relaxation can still the busy mind, improve capacity for healing, boost our immune system, balance our nervous system and it promotes qualities of compassion and understanding towards ourselves and others.
