Once in a deep relaxed & meditative sate, take a journey through the Chakras via the path of the Crystal Singing Bowls. Each Bowl tuned to each energy center (Chakra). 

This practice is for anyone with an open heart and mind looking to go deep within themself and create balance in mind, body, heart & soul.
