Somatic Healing 
Day Retreat is a carefully curated 5-hour retreat that is designed to promote inner healing. 

Our bodies are a collection of thoughts, emotions and experiences. Throughout our lives, we learn ways to cope with challenges, stress, traumas, anxiety and we unconsciously create ‘holding patterns’ in the body. This reflects in the way we move, the way we feel, our posture, and even the way we react and  process situations. 

Working with Somatic practices helps us recognize and accept exactly where we’re at. It encourages embodiment and empowerment all while exploring with a gentle curiosity.

This retreat will show you tools and practices that may unlock the potential for change, growth, and offer you an enhanced ‘mind-body’ connection. 

We will explore: 
Gentle Somatic Yoga & Breathwork 
Journaling & Sound Healing 
Yoga Nidra Guided Sleep Meditation 
Vegan Lunch 
Community Connections, Chatting and Sharing in a loving and supportive space 

This retreat is open to anyone. 
Tea, Lunch, Journal and use of all yoga/meditation props are included.
