Brand new to Yoga? Welcome. We are excited to have you. Come join us in our Beginners Journey!
This is where we teach ya the ‘yoga basics’ and give you all the the tools, tips and tricks to starting up a regular yoga practice!
If you’re just starting out or if you need a refresher; everyone is welcome to join.
Ground mats provided. Bring along your own blankets and pillows or anything else for added comfort. Moved in dome if rain is present.
