A gentle, grounding and compassionate class for your heart. This class is for everyone and no experience is necessary. Settle in, take a few cleansing breaths and follow your heart as you are guided through this relaxing practice. Take care of your mind, body & soul as you move slowly and at your own pace letting go of anything that you no longer need to hold onto. All levels welcome. Ground mats provided. Bring along your own blankets, pillows or anything else that supports you in your practice.
