When we tune into our bodies, to see what feels good in the present moment, we discover a unique energy that is our True Self.

We will go on a Journey of Embodiment through Gentle, Intuitive Movements, to experience Spiritual Wholeness.

Wisdom is in our bodies! Simmering and waiting patiently to emerge.

Women have a wealth of intuition, it’s our Super Power!  

Class will start with an Immersive Reiki Sound guided meditation.

Then we will move into gentle intuitive movements, intentionally allowing our inner joy to compassionately emerge.

Open to all levels, no previous dance experience required.                               Just an open heart!

We will close together in a sacred circle. An ancient tradition to share our experience.

Wear comfortable clothing, or whatever brings out the Goddess in you!

Buddha tea will be provided.
