Join us this Valentines Day for a very Special Self Love Compassion Practice. Settle in, Fire Side with Candle Light Vibes and join us on a Journey of Self Love.


We will explore a Heart Opening and Grounding, Gentle Yoga Practice. Working towards living and leading with a compassionate heart! Moving slowly and mindful through our practice, we will come to a deep place of connect. We will end with a loving, guided Affirmation Meditation that will leave your Heat Full and inspired!
